At Simple Modern, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
